Low-code was supposed to kill us. So in 48 hours, we built a system that kills the CMS.
A week ago, our Tech Lead set up a playground for me. I hadn't coded in a few years, but I figured that what we've been partly doing in some projects at hmmh—spec-based development—could be a really interesting experiment.

Logging in, navigating dashboards, managing plugins—it's always a few unnecessary steps. What if you could just... type what you want to change or add, and let the system do the rest?
Monday was packed with meetings. So, in the background, between calls, I started rebuilding a few of my own websites. I combined the SEO and CRO skills we’ve been perfecting for months with the frameworks and core development principles we’ve nurtured for years.
The result? By the end of day one, I had version 0.0 of our new system ready.
Commuting home, I came up with the name. That evening, I designed the logo. Tuesday and Wednesday were all about testing and pushing the first sites to production (including bialonoga.com). We immediately—and happily—cancelled our Webflow subscriptions.
They said low-code was going to kill software houses like ours. Well...
Two days later, the TypeSomething website is live, and we are officially opening our doors to our first clients.
